Graduated with honors in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technologies in 2014, she obtained the title of Ph.D. in Molecular and Biomolecular Sciences in 2020 at the University of Palermo.
Her main research areas are the synthesis and physico-chemical/biological characterization of biopolymers, with a focus on nanomedicine-based drug delivery and theranostics for cancer treatment.
She is the author of 10 Scientific Publications in international journals and 2 oral communications.
