Prof. Sabrina Conoci graduated in Industrial Chemistry cum summa laude
from the University of Bologna in 1995 and received her PhD in Materials
Engineering in 2001. From 2000 to 2019 she held the role of R&D Manager at
STMicroelectronics , managing and coordinating development research activities
on advanced silicon-based platforms. He is currently full professor of General
and Inorganic Chemistry at the University of Messina and University of Bologna.
She is delegate of the Rector of Messina to the Third Mission. He is Head of the
STMicroelectronics-UNIME joint laboratory aimed at research activities in the
field of micro-nanotechnologies. He is Head of the Research Unit at Third
Parties "LAB Sense Beyond Nano" of the Department of Physics Sciences
and Technologies of Matter (DSFTM) of the CNR. He is a member of the Graphene
Flagship Strategic Council. She is the author of more than 150 articles in
international journals (h-index 32, 2935 citations) and co-inventor of 30
patents.
